The British golf museumSet between the sea and the Royal and Ancient Golf Club, the British Golf Museum enables visitors to St Andrews to trace the development of golf since it was first played on the nearby links in the 15th century. The Museum is visually exciting, entertaining and informative, drawing exhibits from many collections including those of the Royal and Ancient, Spalding and Auchterlonie. Objects on display include ancient golf clubs, the first feather stuffed golf balls, medals and trophies. |

An innovative multi-media system brings the game to life and enables you to listen to commentaries and see biographies of famous players accompanied by video and photographs. You can even test your knowledge of the game - all at the touch of a screen. | ||
